Swedish, from Stockholm, thirty years old, and seven years into what was meant to be a short stay in Berlin. Somewhere in those seven years I became obsessed with a problem almost nobody thinks about: how much money companies quietly hand to their carriers by mistake.
I know what it takes to start a company — the hours, the tight months, the decisions you make at eleven at night wondering if you got it right. So when I read that businesses are routinely overcharged on their shipping invoices, and that most of them never notice, it stuck with me. This is money they already earned.
I have spent a long time going deep on AI, and this turned out to be exactly the kind of problem it is built for: thousands of invoice lines, dozens of carrier rules, tight claim deadlines, and errors small enough that nobody is ever going to catch them by eye.
Right now that means shippers across the US, the UK and Ireland. Overcharged invoices are not a local problem, though — every company shipping parcels is paying a little more than it should, and most have no idea. The plan is to be there for all of them.
