Frequently asked questions

FAQs. Everything you need to know.

Your invoice data is used for the audit and nothing else — never sold, never shared, deleted on request. The audit only needs charge data: tracking numbers, dates, service types, weights, dimensions, postcodes and the charges. It works without names, addresses, emails, phone numbers or what was in the box, so you can strip those columns before you send anything. Leaving the delivery address in does help one check: it is how a residential delivery is told apart from a commercial one. If you continue past the first month, you create a limited account on your own carrier portal, scoped to the accounts you name and revocable by you at any time.

You pay nothing. There is no setup fee and no minimum. The audit is free, and we only take a share of money we actually recover.

It is a short document that lets us file disputes with the carrier in your name. It does not give us access to your bank, your contracts, or your shipping account beyond the disputes themselves. You can withdraw it at any time.

No. Nothing about your shipping changes — you keep your carriers, your rates and your tools, and we only ever look at invoices after the fact. The free audit needs no access to anything: you export a CSV yourself and send it. If you continue past the first month, you create a limited account on your own carrier portal so the invoices no longer have to be exported by hand.

You get the breakdown first. Once you approve, carriers typically resolve disputes within a few weeks, and the credit appears on your carrier account.

A parcel that never arrives is flagged where the invoice data allows: if your carrier’s export includes delivery scans, each parcel is checked against its expected delivery date, so you do not have to notice it first. Damage is the part you report: the portal takes photos and the declared value, which is what a carrier requires before it will consider a claim.

35% of what we recover on billing errors and service failures, and 50% on lost and damaged claims, invoiced after the money reaches you. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no minimum volume, and nothing else to buy. Renewal is monthly, and you can cancel any month.

Both. The first audit covers the invoices you send us. After that we audit every month as new invoices come in, which is also how the useful patterns appear — the same surcharge applied wrongly on the same lane, month after month, is a stronger argument than any single disputed shipment.

A denial rejects one argument, not the money. We check the reason against the carrier's own data, and where the shipment carries a second, separate error we re-file on that basis instead. Some denials are correct, and we will tell you which — see “When a carrier says no” on the How it works page.

Send us the same invoices and compare the two breakdowns. The audit is free, so the only thing it costs you is the export. If they are finding everything we would, you will see that immediately.

Your invoices

Nothing to set up and no access to grant. Nordic Logic uses your invoices only to produce your audit — never shared, deleted on request. The audit works without names, addresses or contents, so you can strip those columns first. See the privacy policy.
